Bringing more than 40 years of technical sales and marketing experience to the team, Mark is the sole owner of Millholland Conrad, Inc. In addition to his position as president of the company, Mark is also responsible for all equipment sales within his own territory.
With an extensive background in engineering resins at GE Plastics and many years of selling capital equipment, Mark has the expertise to work with customers in each area of plastics processing. Though injection molding companies are a large segment of his customer base, he also has been very successful in providing solutions for blow molding, extrusion, and recycling clients. Because of this, each day provides new and unique opportunities for Mark to solve customers’ problems and create positive returns on their investments.
For Mark, an increasingly enjoyable portion of his job involves re-shoring plastics manufacturing from overseas, thereby ensuring the quality of their products and the profitability of their operations. He believes this re-shoring puts America back to work and allows the companies to have better control of their destinies.
“I want customers to view us as a sales agency which is going to exceed their expectations on every project. They bring us an opportunity and we really scrutinize it,” he said. “We engineer it and optimize a solution for them with all of the resources and experience we bring to the table.”
