The company was established in 1960 by William K. Millholland and Curtis E. Conrad. Currently, Stephen F. Griffith, President, and Mark T. Padgett, Vice President, operate the company with two additional qualified sales engineers and an office/sales administrator. The company operates out of Cicero, Indiana with salesmen located in Evansville, Indiana, as well as Loveland and Jackson Center, Ohio.

The sales staff totals more than 90 years of experience in our industry. This qualifies us to size and specify equipment and service to meet our customer's requirements. We list among our customers small and medium custom processors as well as appliance and automotive operations. Since the company's incorporation, it has represented only first-line manufacturers of primary and auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry.
